DRC PARTNERSHIP WEBSITE

The Devonport Regeneration Community Partnership (DRC Partnership) objective was to engage the local community via a bespoke website. The community website needed to be highly visual to improve accessibility. CODE developed a site with the following key features:
- W3C compliant
- Built in Screen Reader (Browse Aloud)
- Variable text size with font magnification
- High contrast website for visually impaired users
- Site structure and content reviewed for easy of use
- Website access keys developed to RNIB standards
Benefits: Since launch the community website has received a high amount of traffic with the screen reader and high contrast version of the site proving to be very popular.
