Hoare Lea Knowledge - Research and Development Group of the UKs Largest Firm of Mechanical and Electrical Engineers

Brief: The objective was to create an online knowledge base for the Research and Development specialist group at Hoare Lea, to provide an information resource for CPD and presentation purposes.

Solution: CODE Developed a dual propose website, with one half offering information for visitors about the R&D group, allowing them to download documents. The second was a closed access knowledge bank, where registered users could download and access information.

    Benefits: The Research and Development Group has benefited from this system immensely. The group can now publish presentation material to the web for delegates to download, all controlled by a unique user group password. The online forum has also generated some useful feedback for the group.
